The Mary Moon Foundation’s mission is to help hospitalized children enjoy life, learn and grow as much as every child should. Fundraising events support Crescent Cove, the first children’s hospice home in the Midwest, and finance art supplies, toys and games for the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital.
There are many organizations dedicated to researching causes, treatments and cures of childhood illness. Our foundation is committed to support the children who are fighting these critical diseases and their families. The unfortunate reality is that young children occupy hospital beds across our state, country and world. Many of these children require long-term hospital stays and are restricted from activities that promote normal childhood development.
The Mary Moon Foundation aims to bring joy to children with serious health conditions and help them feel extra special every day.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, the Mary Moon Foundation is recognized by the IRS as an organization conducting official fundraising events for charity. This allows us to be tax exempt and our donors to write off their donations on their taxes.
